Komplet is a Mac app. There is no Windows, web or phone version.
- Your invoices and receipts: PDFs, scans or photos
- A folder for them: on the Mac, in iCloud Drive or in Google Drive

Name your company, choose a folder.
Komplet asks for your company’s name (and its NIP, if you like) and the folder your documents live in. That is all the setup there is.

Reads your documents
Seller, NIP, number, date, amount and currency, from the PDF or from a scan or photo, read on your Mac in Polish and English.
Files them by month
Into your own folders, by year and month, under names you can read. Folders you already have are read too.

Is Komplet really free?
Yes. Managing your paperwork is free: the free app does everything on this page. Connect (29 zł a month, VAT included) is only for when you want Komplet to connect to KSeF and inFakt, and automate more. See pricing.
Which Macs does it run on?
Komplet runs on a Mac. It is a Mac app only: there is no Windows, web or phone version.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your documents are read on your Mac and stay in your folders.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes. Komplet reads PDF statements from any bank. Reading, filing, the month page and the package for your accountant work with any documents too. Tell us if a statement does not read well.
What happens to my documents if I stop using it?
Nothing. They are in your own folders, under names you can read, and they stay there if you remove Komplet.
I use inFakt. Can Komplet send my costs there?
Yes, with Connect: Komplet sends cost documents to inFakt through its official API, with your own API key, and shows the invoices that reached you through KSeF. The free app works without it. More about inFakt.
