Reading

Polish invoices, read for you.

Drop in an invoice or a receipt, in Polish or English, as a PDF, a scan or a photo. Komplet reads the seller, NIP, invoice number, date, amount and currency, and you check the fields instead of deciphering them.

Currencies

Foreign invoices keep their own currency, and Komplet shows ≈ zł under each one, at the NBP rate from the business day before the document. A card payment in złoty still finds its euro invoice.

Deadlines

Polish dates, without the Polish calendar.

Tell Komplet which deadlines you have. It counts the days, and already skips weekends and Polish public holidays. Tax and ZUS transfers are read from your statement and grouped by period.

Do I need to speak Polish to use Komplet?
No. The app works in English and reads Polish invoices and statements for you. Our guides explain the Polish rules around them in plain English.
I pay an accountant. Why would I need this?
Because your accountant does the accounting, and the collecting is still yours: finding each invoice, matching it to a payment, sending it on time. Komplet does that part with you, and hands your accountant the whole month in one package.
Can it read my bank statement in English?
Yes. Komplet reads PDF statements from any bank, in Polish or in English. Komplet never logs in to your bank: you add statements as files.
Does Komplet tell me which taxes I have to pay?
No. It shows the tax and ZUS payments it finds in your bank statements, and the deadlines you set. What you owe depends on your situation: our guides explain the rules, and an accountant can confirm them for you.
Are my documents sent anywhere?
No. They are read on your Mac and kept in your own folders. There is no account and no server. With more than one Mac, Komplet syncs through your own iCloud.
