Bank statements

Every payment finds its document.

Add the month’s bank statement as a PDF. Komplet reads every line and pairs each payment with the invoice that explains it, by invoice number, amount, NIP and seller, even a euro invoice you paid by card in złoty. Whatever is still missing a document shows in amber.

Is Komplet accounting software?
No. Komplet does not book entries or calculate tax. It gets your documents in order: read, named, filed by month and checked against your bank statement, so that you, your accountant or your accounting service can do the accounting without chasing paper.
Is it really free?
Yes. Managing your paperwork is free: statements, documents, matching, what is missing, the monthly overview and the export for your accountant. You pay (Connect, 29 zł a month) only when you want Komplet to connect to KSeF and your accounting platform and automate more. See pricing.
Does it work on Windows, the web or my phone?
No. Komplet is a Mac app. There is no Windows, Linux or web version.
Where are my documents kept?
In your own folders, where you choose: on your Mac, in iCloud Drive or in Google Drive. Komplet keeps an index of what is in them, never the only copy.
Which banks’ statements can it read?
PDF statements from ING Bank Śląski today, in Polish or English, with more banks to come. You add statements as files; Komplet never logs in to your bank.
I already have an accountant. Why would I need this?
Because your accountant does the accounting, not the collecting. Komplet gets you from a bank statement to a complete month: every payment with its document, the missing ones flagged, and one package to send. If you do your own books, it keeps the documents in order for you the same way.
I don’t speak Polish. Will this help?
